Nic and Ben’s autumn wedding truly lived up to the season with sun AND rain making an appearance on their special day.
They hired a 2 storey house so the girls could get ready upstairs while the boys were downstairs. It was so nice seeing Nic and Ben include their nieces and nephew in their bridal party.
I loved Nic’s 2 piece wedding dress by One Day Bridal. Capturing her dad’s reaction at seeing her for the first time confirmed that he agreed. I absolutely LOVE capturing these moments.
Their Reveal was definitely unique and a fave of mine this year….sharing a shot of homemade alcohol whilst hiding on either side of a corner of the house (where they got ready). It was all kinds of adorableness.
Ben loves combi vans so Nic surprised Ben by hiring one for their wedding. As we headed to the creative shoot the heavens opened up. But that didn’t stop these troopers from posing amongst it. And by the time we were ready for the portrait shots the sun came out and the grey clouds provided a beautiful backdrop.
