You know your groom values wedding documentary when he’s a photography student….
I first met Paul after doing a speech at my former Tafe, NMIT (now, Melbourne Polytechnic). He was a student who appreciated my talk and images.
So I felt honoured when he asked me to photograph his wedding.
The Melbourne based couple decided to get married in Adelaide. On a beach in the the McLaren Vale district.
Sam (the bride) is originally from Adelaide and loved the beach – particularly its vibrant blues.
They were married in front of old pylons on a gorgeous sunny day. The reception taking place at the quaint Sea &Vine Cottage.
Sam and Paul had set everything up themselves….down to the last detail. Making for a relaxed, cosy feel – before the dance floor was taken over ; )
This is how I saw their day. And, Paul, I hope it inspired you to follow your photography dream : )
