As creatives, photographers need to find that fine line between work and play. You need to shoot for YOU sometimes… And what better way than ‘Sunday Family Roast’ at Mum’s house, documentary portraits style.
I love my family! And realised I have hardly taken any photos of them in recent years, and worse, the ones I have shot are on my computer and haven’t been touched! Disgrace! SHAME (bows head).
So I thought I would share this simple afternoon gathering with you all…. I love the togetherness and how we all work so well together. From my Mum cooking and preparing to the kids doing the dishes, to my brother “constructing” an obstacle course (with plastic poles found on hard rubbish and gaffa tape) for my niece and nephew to play on for hours.
