I always love capturing an urban wedding with its endless variety of backdrops and feels….
Whilst Alana got ready at her parents’ house, Dave got ready at a nearby hotel. They had decided to do a FIRST LOOK (and later, portraits) at the Treasury Gardens. Look out for Dave’s parents walking him to the reveal. It was emotional and adorable and I LOVED that his parents were a part of it.
After their portraits were taken we headed to Fitzroy to continue their creative shoot.
Alana and Dave both love the urban feel of Fitzroy….and so do I. There’s just so much variety with different backdrops to play with. Not having a bridal party also made it easier to to access more areas and really explore our surroundings.
After their creative session we headed to EPOCHA in Carlton for the ceremony and reception. The whole atmosphere oozed love which was highlighted by one of their good mates singing them a song after the ceremony.
This is how I saw their day – ENJOY!!
