This is how I saw their day – ENJOY!
This pre wedding celebration of Tom & Julia was held two days before at Julia’s Aunties farm, in the Mornington peninsular.
It was important to them to hold a celebration of the Shabbat with their nearest an dearest, so it was befitting to have the beautiful occasion documented. Before they shared food and wine for Shabbat, we explored the farm. They regaled me with the stories of where they first said ‘I love you’ which ended up being the place where Tom proposed. It was such an honour to be a part of the joining of chapters and of families.
Wedding at the Victorian State Library in Melbourne CBD. Its not only about the architecture, the history with all the beautiful artwork, books. Let alone the infamous the Dome reading area with this wedding. No, it was all about the love these two oozed, i mean, it was palpable!
It was very important to them that they blend Julia’s Jewish beliefs with traditions they have made together. They shared their nuptials under a chuppah and cut the cake with a real sword passed down from generations on Tom’s side.
We explored the vast backdrops of the library which were magic, you couldn’t take the smile off their faces.
The crew at Showtime events made this dream come true.
